Our 10 acre lake front natural sanctuary is a retreat nestled away deep within the pristine untouched wilderness of BC’s Cariboo Coastal divide.
From breathtaking sunsets, to crystal clear blueish green lake water colours, to unparalleled coexistence with wildlife, wildflowers, & wild living. There is simply no place like it.
Big Bar Lake is a Caribbean style Marle lake located at the powerful convergence of 4 distinct geographic locations, the Cariboo Grasslands, Marble Mountains, Mighty Fraser River, & Cariboo Plateau Boreal Forest.
Tucked between both Provincial & Crown lands with miles upon miles of interlocking valleys & snow capped mountains, this place is immersed in the quiet rhythms of life. A retreat space to explore & embody natural wisdom. To honestly & naturally experience the experiment of “nude” living.
Nude Campouts
Our “Nude Campouts” are deeply rejuvenating & recharging 3 day weekend wilderness reclaims.
Full body nourishment & natural inspiration. A tool of attunement. To un-manufacture our minds & our physical existences. The core value, the big wam bam, the WHY behind these reclaims is….sensual simplicity.
We ask you to come AS SIMPLY AS YOU CAN.
To bring as little “physical stuff” as you can.
To focus on your physicality as little as you can.
To drop all the literal distractions within your life & immerse your senses in the wilderness around you
To take a BREATHER from all the content.
And experiment spending time with the most simple version of yourself.

Our space invites you to reconnect with nature, your individual identity, & your place in the collective.
We offer all inclusive packages with curated whole food menus, bonfires, a variety of accommodations, covered outdoor communal spaces, and private nooks to escape to.
Retreats are available June - October.

Camping
In 2022, we officially launched our property on Hipcamp, a online site to help nature enthusiasts discover those sought after hidden camping gems.
We invite individuals, families, groups of friends, & yes, of course 4 legged friends to come camp at our place.
We have 3 amazing sites on the property, The Knoll, The Woods, & The Lookout.
Whatever your camping style may be, tent, pull behind trailer, RV, camper van…we can accommodate!
Private fire pits, a covered communal outdoor dining area, fresh running water, deluxe NEW outhouses, shared docks & tables, & a canoe & paddleboat to explore the water with are a few of the extra bonus’s our sites include!
